Hamamatsu International Center As the center for international citizen exchange, the Hamamatsu International Center facility was established in 1992. HICE provides an information desk and consultation area as well as advisors and information for foreigners. Information and counseling area Information related to international exchange and promotional projects are available. International exchange consultaiton You may correspond in Japanese, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese or Tagalog. Hours for foreign language consultation Library and data area You may use references for overseas information, international understanding and educational material. Japanese and foreign language education texts, etc. Communication Board The Communication Board is for the use of Japanese and foreign residents to post information related to international exchange. Seminar Room A venue for such courses and lectures as Japanese courses for foreigners, Japanese teacher training courses, foreign language courses as well as for exchange events.
