We provides the HICE Volunteer Bank system. This is open to those who feel a passion to attend to international exchange activities conducted by HICE. Within the Volunteer System, there are 7 specialized categories. International Culture: This is for people who have specilized knowledge and information on international relations or overseas knowledge. Japanese Culture:Through the exchange of Japanese Culture such as tea ceremony, kimono, calligraphy, flower arrangement, kendo, karate and other sports etc, we hope to strengthen international relations. This category is for those who wish to keep up their language skills and assist with the needs of translation and interpretation. One of the main demands from foreign residents is to learn Japanese language. In response to that, we provide Japanese Language Classes and other Japanese Language Education in the area. In the Hamamatsu region, for events such as international music programs, we provide volunteers who can assist in homestays and fostering international relations on a grassroots level. This is for people who would like to assist visitors of HICE with their extensive knowledge on any international exchange related matter. This category is for those who can assist operations for publishing HICE News newsletter. (Japanese, English, Portuguese version) This is for volunteers who assist and cooperate with international exchange events and projects sponsored or co-sponsored by HICE.
