Hamamatsu Festival 2023 Photo Contest Entries Open!
The theme this year is “Hamamatsu Festival 2023”, and we are looking for photographs taken between May 3rd-5th which capture the wonder of the Hamamatsu Festival.
Entry Specifications:
・Size: Color print（203×254mm） ※For printed works
・Each person may submit up to two entries, but only one prize will be awarded per person.
