【Debriefing Session】University Students’ Visit to Bangladesh’s Chittagong Hill Tracts – Supporting the ethnic minority victims of civil unrest

Jumma Net is currently launching a new project in Bangladesh’s ethnic minority regions, with them conducting a field study in these regions in August. The biggest problem the region is facing is the internal conflict within the ethnic minority political parties, with the murders of many of those involved still continuing to this day. With this recently-launched project, they plan to support the independence of the remaining survivors in the region. At the planned debriefing session, the students will report on the current situation in the region and the results of the field study to those in attendance. In addition, seven of the university students accompanied the survey team during the field survey in August. These young members of Generation Z will share what they learned and share their honest feelings about ethnic conflicts and developing countries.
