Indian food is as unique as the flavors and methods used to prepare it. Throughout India’s long and rich history, it’s food culture has no doubt been influenced by various civilizations and has thus developed in its unique manner.

In part, Indian food has been greatly influenced by religion, notably Hinduism and Islam.

In this session, our guest presenter, Mr. Akshay Singla, will introduce you to the specialties of the various regions of India, the unique utensils used to make the food, and how COVID-19 has affected food culture.
