On December 4 (Sun.) we will be holding a practice local disaster preparedness drill! The drill will be announced on radio around 8:50a.m.
Earthquake Alert (9:00a.m.~) → Sirens for 60 seconds
Large Tsunami Alert (9:05a.m~) → Sirens for 3 seconds followed by a 2 second pause (×3 times)
Emergency Alert (9:08a.m~) → Alerts to all smartphones in the following wards: Naka, Nishi, Minami and Kita.
